Each summer, the Northwest Raspberry Festival transforms downtown Lynden into a vibrant street market filled with local food, handmade goods, community organizations, and family activities. With more than 30,000 visitors attending the festival each year, becoming a vendor is a great opportunity to connect with the community and showcase your business or organization.

Vendor Options
Street Fair Vendors
Perfect for artisans, makers, and retail vendors selling handmade goods, crafts, clothing, or other merchandise.
Location: Front Street between 6th and 7th Street
Booth Sizes:- 10x10 ft: $150
- 10x20 ft: $300
Food Vendors
Food vendors bring delicious festival eats to visitors throughout the event. Most food vendors are located in the festival food court on 4th Street, with some placed throughout the festival area.

Commercial & Nonprofit Vendors
Local businesses and nonprofit organizations can participate with informational booths, promotions, or interactive activities. Commercial and nonprofit booths are located in the 7th Street parking lot next to the Newsroom Pub.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Vendor registration is for both Friday and Saturday, and vendors are expected to remain open during the full festival hours each day.
Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Vendors may begin tearing down after 5:00 PM on Saturday. Early closure is not allowed.
Vendor setup takes place Friday morning between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Vendors must arrive no later than 8:30 AM and check in at 7th Street & Front Street.
Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopy, tables, chairs, and display materials.
Street Fair vendors and Commercial/Nonprofit vendors do not have access to power. Food vendors may request electricity depending on their setup.
